With the following data protection information you receive information in the sense of the data protection basic regulation (DSGVO), which personal data we process, if you visit our Shop as well as use on-line services offered therein.

We reserve the right to adapt our data protection information from time to time so that it always complies with current legal requirements or to present changes to our services. We therefore recommend that you read the data protection information regularly in order to keep up to date on the protection of the personal data processed by us.

Registration/Customer account

You can order in our shop without registration, i.e. without creating a customer account.
If you create a customer account in our shop, your data such as name, address, e-mail address, company, bank details if applicable, will be stored according to the information you provide during registration and ordering. When opening a customer account, we also store your user data (user name, password).

We store the data exclusively for pre-contractual services, for contract fulfilment or for the purpose of customer care (e.g. to provide you with an overview of your previous orders with us). The legal basis for this processing is also Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO.

At the same time, we then save the IP address and the date and time of your registration on the basis of our legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 letter f) DSGVO.

The collected data will be deleted as soon as the processing is no longer necessary. However, we must observe tax and commercial law retention periods.

Data transmission on conclusion of contract for services and digital contents

We only transfer personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the processing of the contract, for example to the credit institution commissioned with the processing of payment or for transfer to a mail order company or a direct mail order company.
The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

Contact

On our website we offer you the opportunity to contact us, either by email and/or by using a contact form. In such event, information provided by the user is stored for the purpose of facilitating communications with the user only. No data is transferred to third parties.

This information is required to carry out the transactions. The data entered is only processed by the payment service providers and stored by them. We only receive information with confirmation or negative information of the payment. For information on further data processing and the assertion of revocation, information and other data subject rights by the respective service providers, we refer to their General Terms and Conditions and data protection information.
